How it works

From questionnaire to live site, in days.

No meetings, no mood boards, no months of back-and-forth. Here's the whole process — including the parts you never have to think about.

Step 1 · You

Tell us about your business

Around ten minutes of plain questions: what you do, where you are, what you want visitors to do, and which of our looks feel right. Have photos or a logo? Great. Don't? We work with what exists and tell you exactly what's worth adding later.

Step 2 · Us

We build your site

Your answers pick a design system — real colors, type, and layout matched to your business. Our engine assembles the site from parts we've already perfected, then a craftsman pass writes your copy from your actual facts and adds one standout moment.

Step 3 · Quality

Checked by machine, then by a person

Every draft is graded on typography, color, layout, mobile, and copy — and anything you told us you hate is a hard no. A human does the final review. You see it when it's worth seeing.

Step 4 · Live

Launch and hand-off

Your site goes live on fast, modern hosting with your domain. You get the link, a plain-English tour, and one included round of tweaks once you've lived with it.

The machine

Built on our own engine.

Every reddysite runs on one engine we build and maintain ourselves — the same parts, proven across every site we ship, dressed differently for each business. That's why we're fast, why nothing is fragile, and why your site keeps getting better after launch.

Fair questions

Things people ask us

What do you need from me?

The questionnaire, and whatever you already have — logo, photos, a list of what you sell or do. Nothing needs to be polished. If something important is missing (say, a photo of your storefront), we launch with a tasteful placeholder and give you a short list of what to send when you can.

What if I don't like it?

Your answers drive every design choice, including a "things I hate" question we treat as law. One round of revisions is included after launch. Because the design comes from a system rather than someone's whim, revisions are quick and don't send us back to square one.

Why so much cheaper than an agency?

Agencies rebuild the same machinery for every client and bill for the rebuilding. We built our machinery once — our own engine runs every site we ship — so your money goes into the part that's actually yours: your look, your words, your business.
